  3. menchi katsu, the boneless skin on fried chicken thigh, an america dog, and chu-hi was my go to.

  5. One of my most repeated things when trying to express just HOW GOOD the food in Japan was after my trip:
    “Their 7/11s have better food than most of our family restaurants.”
