   *Legally*, you can’t change the overall dimensions or exceed legal noise levels for the exhaust, or change the engine displacement.

   *Practically*…. nobody’s inspecting it, and if you’re pulled over your documentation doesn’t indicate any of that information other than that it’s registered as a 250. Essentially the sky’s the limit… google 250cc ロングチョッパー for some examples.
