[OC] Resting in the Rain at Nijo Castle (March 2023)

1. On one of our first days in Kyoto, we visited Nijo Castle. The rain meant that it was very slightly less packed than it might otherwise have been. The weeping cherry trees were of course lovely, but it was this little guy chilling in the pond that caught my eye. Taken with my Pixel 6 Pro.
