I was watching a video about how to pronounce “ふ” and in 2:17 https://youtu.be/vkaz9ElgiZ0 the person in the video says “だからさ!” Which she translates to “I told you!” My question is why the phrase “だからさ” translates to “I told you” does the “さ” change the phrase? Or does it mean something else

だから does indeed have the sense of “see? / I told you! / That’s why I said x!” さ strengthens that.
I’d say it even maybe a translation preference. As an example, I was watching an anime and they put tanoshi as “this is a blast”. Which だからさ still means I told you so in that case
