I have a flight tomorrow morning at 7:20 to sapporo. Im on the last shinkansen to Tokyo now. My last bus was delayed so I didnt make the early train. I may scrape the last train to Chiba from Tokyo station otherwise ill have to wait till the first train at about 5. I would still make it but the timing would be uncomfortable. In addition to this my international savings card has been declining and the bank can only sort it out tomorrow and I cant afford a taxi from Tokyo Station to Narita.
Is there any other mode of transportation after midnight from Tokyo to Narita Airport besides taxis?

You can catch an airport bus from 5:00 that will get you there early enough to catch your flight.
