Butter miso noodle


Butter miso noodle is such a simple meal, but so tasty and flavorful !

    Ingredients :

    – green part of 2 spring onion

    – 1 tbsp of chili oil / paste (with chili inside)

    – 1 tbsp of sesame seeds

    – 2 tbsp of mis

    – 1 tbsp of mirin

    – 4-5 tbsp of unsalted butter

    – Ramen or spaghetti

    – 1 egg

    Cooking :

    – Put the butter, miso, chili oil, mirin, sesame seeds and finely chopped green of spring onion in a mixer, and mix until its homogeneous

    – lasts at least a week in the fridge, you can make a batch of it

    – Cook the noodles

    – cook an egg normally, and when it’s cooked, add some of the miso butter in the pan, and let it caramelize aroud the egg (it’s delicious)

    – Put the noodles in your plate, then add a good amount of miso butter (it should make a creamy sauce in the noodles) then add the egg on top of it

    – Enjoy !
