Miso Soup!

1. The pics are good, but not the recipe.

   Where is the kombu ? (the first step in a miso soup is dashi).

   And miso must be added at the end, fire off. We cook miso the least possible.

   I wouldn’t consider this a miso soup anymore if there are noodles inside ^^ and, you don’t cook the noodles directly in the soup. Cook them alone, drain, and add the soup onto them

   At least there’s a lot of possible improvements !
