Unagi would be prefect for you 2 play around with comes frozen in sauce just defrost and Bam spicy tuna is also good 2 play around with also 🤙🤙🤙🤙
Just use a torch. It does everything broiling does without heating the rest of the rolls too much. You can literally torch any fish you can think of!
