Been playing around with broiling some rolls to melt the top. I’ve used cream cheese, chili peppers, eel sauce, mayo, and spicy mayo (not pictured) so far. Any other ideas for (affordable) things that would be great at this stage?

  1. Unagi would be prefect for you 2 play around with comes frozen in sauce just defrost and Bam spicy tuna is also good 2 play around with also 🤙🤙🤙🤙

  2. Just use a torch. It does everything broiling does without heating the rest of the rolls too much. You can literally torch any fish you can think of!
