I’m really confused after reading the article. It seems very much focused on taking photos of people participating in sports? Like, it would be illegal to take a photo of someone running in a track event because they’re in skintight clothing and it might be used for sexual gratification?

Covered belly, shorts. Bigger problem than Japan though.
That definitely works in the same vein as filming your kid at a school sports event. You can’t do so unless you get approval from other parents.
Just ban cameras and revealing clothing.

Also, stop objectifying me just because I am wearing objectifying clothes. Sheesh. /s
