Didn’t get JET Inbox email about statement of physician

I’m a US applicant (NY consulate) and I didn’t receive the Jet Inbox email about the statement of physician that a lot of people said they did. My application is also still marked as received and not yet processed. I’m a little concerned about not getting the email, should I send a message about it through the Inbox or should I not bother?

  1. The message only seems to be applicable to people who needed a statement of physician but submitted something other than the official form. If that isn’t you I think you should be good.

  2. Did you have anything serious on there? If you only have minor things or nothing at all i’d imagine they wouldn’t bring it up at all. I’m not from the US though, seems my country (NZ) does it quite differently.

  3. I messaged JET (US) about it and here is what they said:
“That message only applies to certain applicants, although it was sent to everyone to ensure that we did not accidentally miss anyone. It only applies to you if:
You are required to get a statement of physician AND your doctor would not provide you with a statement of physician with our form due to their clinic’s policies.
If you already have uploaded a statement of physician with our form, you do not need a new statement of physician.
If you were not required to submit a statement of physician, you do not need to upload a statement of physician.
We cannot grant you an extension on your statement of physician for any reason other than the reason that your physician would not use our form due to their policies.”

Though, the part that says “it was sent to everyone” is odd because it wasn’t sent to you? My doctor used the form and filled it out, so from my understanding I am okay. It was an alarming email at 6:00 AM lol
