I was trying to send some funds from my Bitflyer to my Binance account, but it requires that I add some information about the withdrawal account. Binance is a crypto service-provider outside of Japan, but there is no option on the drop down menu to send to Japan. Is anyone else having this issue?

That’s the [Travel Rule](https://bitflyer.com/en-jp/faq/5-20) in effect.
I haven’t had to deal with it, yet.
What you might try instead is sending your desired asset to your personal wallet first, whatever that might be, MetaMask etc. before moving those assets along to Binance.
Beware of fees, however.
If you can, depending on the asset, I’d recommend using the Polygon chain especially, for any transfers. You’ll pay next to nothing.
Bitflyer is such a pain in the ass for withdrawals. I cash out using Bitbank instead
