5. It’s one of those ice creams that we stock up on back when my family was still living in Japan. That one and Morinaga’s Monaka Jumbo.

12. I have long bingefull phases of this but the one with chocolate coating in between the vanilla ice cream and the waffle . 🤤

13. Monaka is one of the rare Japanese sweet misses imo

    Soggy carboard-flavored shell around the cheapest “ice cream” that is all sugar, air and no cream.

    The fancy versions can be okay but the normal monaka are disappointing.
