My feet seem to be narrower than the Japanese average (width C in Japan sizing). It seems most shoes that are readily available are around width E and I can’t seem to find even ballet flats that fit. I’m pretty sure you can find 2E shoes more easily than C.
Where do people with narrower feet buy shoes? My shoe size is 23.5 cm by the way.
I’d prefer stores that allow free return if online.

This seems like a post about shopping, maybe your question is solved by [the wiki page](https://www.reddit.com/r/japanlife/wiki/shopping)?

There are stores where you can order narrower shoes, like this [https://www.belle-co.jp/c/special-order/habasema](https://www.belle-co.jp/c/special-order/habasema) but I’m not sure if they’d be narrow enough for you.
Have you tried Repetto or Kanematsu Ginza? For sneaker, NB has B width.
wait what? I mostly can’t wear asian shoes coz it’s low lift and too narrow
I feel you. My right foot is narrower and slides around all my brand “adjustable” sandals. The adjustment straps overeach past the velcro and tightening buckles just come loose. Can’t go smaller because of length.
Belle and Sofa (I seem to be okay with their regular width shoes or custom width narrow shoes), or anything with laces/straps I can take tighter like converse, teva, etc
