Hooooolllyy shit I’m so jealous. I haven’t had kani miso in years—global warming has fucked up the ecosystem here so much algae blooms are hard to predict and crab is assumed to be contaminated/toxic now.
I think this is “蟹味噌甲羅焼き(crab tomalley shell grilled)”.
