  1. Let’s say MOST New Japan boys don’t botch often

    … and then there’s Yoshi-Hashi

  2. Yoshi Hashi pre-six man tag with Ishii and Goto was an absolute shambles.

  3. It’s dope because the story would be he was to heavy to power bomb

  4. There’s also the time at the 2018 Destruction in Kobe event where Yoshi Hashi tripped and hit the edge of the ring, causing him to bleed like hell, when he was trying to save Okada from Jay White and Gedo (NJPW edited the spot shortly after).

  5. If Evil doesn’t sell, they could actually play it as a planned offensive from his part

  6. Can’t wait to see someone recreate this but on purpose on the Indy’s this weekend

  7. Another more awe-inspiring botch is on his way to retirement 280 somethin lb Manabu Nakanishi deciding “Fuck it” and hitting a Tope on Yoshi in the New Japan Cup, and barely clearing the top rope.

  8. Had to watch it twice because I had an itch in my eye and missed what happened the first time, holy shit. 😂

  9. That was beautiful and njpw has botches, but they often make the most of them. It is less about botching and more about making people ask if something was a botch to begin with.

  10. Does anyone have any links to some old New Japan botches. (Pre 2012) I’ve seen the Great Sasuke botch where he fucks up a springboard then flash pins Liger, but that’s about it.
