I bought a piece of Japan striped Jack (Shima AJI) for $0.80 in USD. However, the neighbor striped Jack is selling for $99 per pound.

6. I live less than 20 minutes from a Mitsuya but have never really checked them out. Is it often they have deals like this ?

8. Looks like they had a batch get pushed through Monday morning on their scale. New prices get pushed through to these scales every so often, like in preparation for a sale or something. Although, I don’t think the intended price was $99.99/lb.

   Also, this is my local Mitsuwa.
