Mercari

I have a problem, I can’t get a refund since I haven’t taken action quickly to my order in Mercari, it is golden week and I’ve been busy lately. Since I didn’t cancel nor denied cancelling, I can’t take back my money anymore 🥲 I already paid via Convenience store and I don’t know what to do. Can somebody help me? I live in Japan right now and money is everything to me.

    One of these statements seems to contradict the other.

  2. If you buy something you need to pay for it.

    Mercari’s policies are very clear. You can’t cancel a purchase for personal reasons (only if what you bought isn’t in line with the product description/condition), and if the transaction has been closed then there is nothing more that they will do.
