I’ve come up with a sentence which extends the お sound for 7 mora (granted you have to pronounce 思う as おもー as it sometimes is):
大きい高校が好きだと思う王を大いに育てる
(おおきいこうこうがすきだとおもうおうをおおいにそだてる)
Which I hope translates to “greatly raise a king who likes big high schools”. Let me know if you can think of a better one or if this makes no sense lol.
P.s. without this 思う stipulation, the best I got is 6 mora with ノルウェーの王を大いに育てる
