Tamagoyaki with rice underneath (nigiri style) wrap with shiso leaf. Is this considered sushi for you?

2. Looks awesome and fun to eat! Do you guys grow your own shiso or is that something you can just buy wherever you’re at? I couldn’t grow it if my life depended on it and it’s not in any store around here
