I’ve been looking for other ways to read manga in Japanese, as I really enjoy the aspect of reading it in Japanese, but Japan seems to really enjoy making it nigh impossible to access any online versions of manga without being in Japan. I’ve remedied this to a degree for watchable content through using a VPN, but for things like Manga apps and such, in this case line Manga, you would need a Japanese phone number in order to actually use the services. Does anybody know of any workarounds, or just better websites online that I can use that would accept Payments through American CC?

I’ve usually just use [Bookwalker.jp](https://Bookwalker.jp) and I’ve not had any issues accessing it from outside japan. Not sure about the app as I just use the web browser version.
