So I bought shoes from kedsjapanstore.com . I thought it was legit and this isn’t my first time buying things from online store. The price was reasonable, layout is the same as keds US, and none of it felt fishy.
The website said my payment was on pending even though it was successful on the website.
Then I received an email from cs@vmcustomer.com . It’s weird cause it’s in english. Search up online and turns out it’s a scam. Hasn’t been a week.
Can I canceled the payment?

same thing you’d do in any other country. call the number on the back of the card and report fraudulent charge, and/or go to the ‘my page’ for the card and report it from there.

Probably not until it is clear that you have been scammed. At which point you would inform the card company, they would investigate, and you would (assuming it was a scam) have your funds restored.
