*Ghost of Tsushima* and nioh where perfect for that samurai itch
and i played ghostwire for the yokai goodness.

The Legend of the Mystical Ninja
The Shin Megami Tensei series, especially the Persona spin-off serie where you litteraly live your live as a japanese high school student.
Okami if you like the japanese folklore, not realistic graphism but great adventure game filled with japanese culture, legends and atmosphere.
After Yakuza 0 you can take all the Yakuza serie, including spin off like Lost Judgement, all are high quality games.
