Did more home sushi making last night. Used the Steelhead from Costco because packs of Atlantic salmon were all way too big. Much more difficult to cut and prepare than the Atlantic salmon. Had to skin it and doesn’t cut as nice but still made some rolls with it.

Wow looks awesome! One little tid-bit if you want to try. The imitation crab that has a more translucent look to it will be the tastiest brands, allegedly. Osaki Brand is generally regarded as the best and can be found at most Asian grocery stores.
