    How thin is that salmon on the outside of the rolls? You must have a very sharp knife.

  2. Wow looks awesome! One little tid-bit if you want to try. The imitation crab that has a more translucent look to it will be the tastiest brands, allegedly. Osaki Brand is generally regarded as the best and can be found at most Asian grocery stores.

  3. I’m not prolific in this area of food, so please pardon my ignorance…..what is inari? What does it consist of (can you deconstruct it for me)?
