Is it possible to re-apply for HSP if I change my job from Seishain to Haken?

2. You have to speak to your employer, because I don’t think all employers are able to sponsor HSP visas. So we can’t really answer this question because we are not your employer.

   Also you need to notify immigration within 14 days after you final day with your previous employer, and that is pretty strict for HSP(1) to sort a new visa/new HSP visa when changing employer. HSP(2) holders get like 6 months grace period. So if you can’t get a HSP visa with your new employer, you need to get a work visa from them ASAP. You’d then also likely lose your HSP visa perks should you be utilizing them?

3. No reason you can’t if you meet the 70 points requirement. “Seishain” is not listed as a requirement for HSP. But it is employer dependent so you need to reapply from scratch when changing employers.

4. Yes, you can get a HSP when working on haken basis. It depends on factors such as actual work content, pay and the company (your dispatching company).

5. You should not have so quickly taken the Haken job. It is very very difficult to go back to Seishain once you have contract or haken on your CV.
