As the days are getting hotter, it’s time to finally bottle up the umeshu! It came out little bit sweeter than I wanted, but it’s still quite tasty and will pair perfectly with tansan and ice during the summer months. Cheers!
If you can, store a bottle in a cool dark area for 10-20+ years. It ages very well to become a rich, dark, smooth treat.
Does the fruit part rise to the top?
ive been wanting to do this summer!! uve inspired me 🤭 kanpai to u!
