1. Is this the basement of the Umeda Sky Building?

2. If I’m correct, this is a small alley located on Dotonbori. I remember finding it while strolling around wanting to get away from the busy street. It was filled with stories and facts about Osaka.

3. I’ve walked down many many narrow alleys like this in my 20 years here, or at least I did before I had kids. I don’t get out much these days. But ever since Shinya shokudō came out, I automatically think of that and the opening song every time I see a photo of one. Funny how that works.
