My inaka town has some cats, I was wondering if there’s anyway to get involved in the local city to take better care of them. Nurtured, no disease carrying cats, seems like a good deal for everyone. My town is like 10,000 poeple. And my neborhood section like 150 people. Bad idea to even get involved? Thanks

Look at other municipalities with TNR programs and go from there. Alternatively contact an NGO like Japan Cat Network who will work with the local council to get funding and find vets who will spay/neuter at a discount.
