As next years I’m moving to Japan (school and then try to find a job as technician office)
I would like to know if having a B2 english certification is a plus for my CV or is it pointless for my job?
I’m not aiming to be an english teacher and i can easily understand english and talk in technician english but i never did the exam for the B2 certification.

Are you asking if you need some English test in order to study and work in Japan, where people speak Japanese?
Unless your study and job are 100% English I don’t think it’s relevant at all… In fact Japanese language is far more relevant.
