Hello I’m planning to learn how to write japanese hiragana and katakana I’m starting by learning the alphabet. After the alphabet learn the phrases
Example: jitensha – bicycle
Then write basic sentences. Does anyone have an idea? I want to make plans in the future when I get good at the alphabet.

i use the textbook Genki! I have the third edition, which i believe is the newest one. I definitely recommend it, it’s the one my university is using in their japanese classes
