I mean just in case no one else has an experience with a company that has 24 5-star reviews: they have not posted in their blog since Jan 19 (they seem to have gaps after new year, but last year March was a post). they offer three things (buy/rent/short-term), but the actual links are for rent and if you are a property owner.
The renting search base offers nothing under 100,000 JPY. are you comfortable with that price range?
are you in Japan? (i think you are) then, you might find better services elsewhere (personally I use Suumo in Japanese, but UR housing is also often praised for English service).
do you speak Japanese?
do you want to rent or buy?
they seem to be specialized for military (as the rent link and showings “base contract” suggest) – is that for you?
