I purchased an e-ticket for the ヨルシカ 月と猫のダンス concert in Sapporo—but my Japanese number has expired (it was a temporary SIM). I could get a new one, but I’ve heard that you need the same phone number that you purchased the ticket with to activate it, is it true? For those of you who bought a Lawson e-ticket before, how does it work? Should I contact customer service?

Yes, you need the same phone number. You would need the Lawson e-ticket app, and activate it by sending SMS to a specific number from your number. Otherwise you can’t use the ticket.
Customer service is your best bet. That Lawson app is a true pain in the ass, it’s locked to your phone number
