* NHK reported that earlier this a.m. that Internet users temporarily experienced difficulty accessing multiple websites hosted by the Japanese Ministry of Justice, including one operated by the Public Security Intelligence Agency (PSIA aka “koancho”).
* NHK further indicated Anonymous had posted a message on social media declaring that it launched a cyberattack against the Japanese government to protest Japan’s refugee & immigration policy.
* Justice Minister Ken Saito indicated at this morning’s press conference that the relevant bureaus and offices are currently examining the situation, including the cause of the disruption.
