Convinced my dad to make Japanese Curry and he nailed it

  1. He wanted to make sure the meat was tender so instead of stew meat he used two ribeye steaks and it ended up absolutely delicious.

  2. What did he use to make the curry? It looks thin and maybe made with chicken stock?

  3. No offence but the rice looks too wet, and over cooked. I bet it was a great feed though
