We are looking to start the trail at 6:30AM on May 18. What hiking gear would you recommend for the trail? Not sure if we need the below.
– Rain pants
– Headlamp
– Extra socks
– Bottom base layer
– Gloves (should they be waterproof?)
Also will it be really cold at the top around that time of the year?
