First, I don’t know how to post pictures properly, so I’m posting this link instead.
I was very intrigued by this statue when I was in Kamakura. There’s an inscription in stone below it, but I can’t read it and I didn’t take a picture of it. My Japanese friend told me a history of the death of two brothers. I can’t remember it anymore. Does anyone know anything about it? Name? What does it mean?
