バイトwebsites

Hello,

I moved to Tokyo a month ago with a student visa. I’m looking for part-time work to support myself here. I have searched for some websites on Google to find a job, but I still wanted to ask: what are the most commonly used or best websites for this purpose?

Thank you very much!

Edit: as I have only N4 level yet, I would prefer not or basic nigongo websites. Thanks you!

  1. IDK about websites but just about every konbini, fast food restaurant, and store in this area is constantly looking for part-time workers.

  2. Town Work App.

It has built-in search function based on your location.
But you need to know some Japanese to be able to get a job in that app.

  3. Depending on Japanese level there’s some jobs. Others have said it, fast food/konbini if your Japanese is half decent. Better Japanese and you could swing a retail job. If you’d rather stay English at work, some Eikaiwa hire without bachelors degree. In terms of websites, Indeed? Just see if a store near you is hiring and go to their website.

  4. Your school may have an information board with ads. I found a part-time job at a translation company this way.

  5. Avoid any Twitter job ads that involve smashing into a jewelry store on a crowded street in broad daylight.

  6. Have you tried asking your friends? All the baito I did when I was a student were via introductions from friends or lovers.
