A bachelors degree is a bachelors degree.
If its an actual bachelors degree it doesnt matter if you got it in 1 month or 10 years.
Typically a 2 year degree is an Associates degree which won’t help you in Japan. If it’s an actual bachelor’s degree then it counts.
