Main question I have is, what residency, if any, does it grant you once you’ve completed vocational school? Would this lead to a permanent stay or lead to a temporary stay?
The problem with this visa is that it’s five years max and then you’re out. There’s talk of removing the limit on renewals but that seems to have gone nowhere.

It’s possible assuming you’ve actually graduated from senmongakko and have found someone willing to hire you while still in Japan.
