Yuba thinly sliced tofu protein with miso based soups .


Today I had a miso ramen with heaps of layered yuba and tender cuts of pork.

  1. It’s actually tofu skin, or the skin that forms on the pot of boiling tofu milk before they make tofu. Kinda like the skin that forms on gravy or pudding. It’s very tasty.

  2. Yuba! I could not remember what that was called. I always hope to see it at a Japanese restaurant in the us but never do.
