Any good organization to donate unwanted stuff (bags, clothes, etc) for underprivileged kids?

Hi everybody, I’m going through a cleaning phase in my house and there’s a lot of stuff that I haven’t used for a long time and would like to donate some stuff. I was wondering if there is a well-known charity organization?

  1. I’ve donated to [Ecotrading](https://eco-friendly.site) before, they’re great. Do check the list of objects they’re taking donations of, but it’s pretty easy to donate, no bureaucracy, and they are very organized.

  2. If the stuff is good you can also consider selling it and then donating the money

  3. There’s a center not far from our house that supports kids with disabilities and kids who need extra help in their development. They did amazing work with speech therapy for my son. They collect clothes and sell them at the center for ¥30 each to the parents who frequent this place. It’s not a private organization, it works with our city and gets subsidized. Husband works with families with disabled members and said they often struggle with money from his experience and the clothing program there can be a great help. Might be worth looking into something similar where you’re located.
