1st time frying up some chicken katsu! made a katsu curry, my 2nd time using the cubes :) went with hot Golden Curry this time round. i added some soy sauce and worcestershire sauce to the curry while bringing it to a boil

I would call this more, “incredible technical work by Kushida while Douki watches”. This particular sequence didn’t require a lot of effort by Douki except to let Kushida do his thing and then sell when needed.
Match of the tournament for me, so far.
