Would it be similar to an lololol or TTTTT possibly? From a direct translation, it just means ten ten etc. so I’m not sure if it’s something like how grass (草) is the lol because it looks like wwwww.

I think it means “….”
It’s basically just a written equivalent of ellipses. Silence, basically.
I always interpreted it as like when someone is speaking too much or in circles.
With ‘テン’ being the pronunciation of the separator between numbers for decimals, it’ll probably be ellipses as others mentioned.

Without context, it would just be silence e.g. a shocked silence depending on the context of the video and comment.

in my humble opinion, cant say for sure without the video link and the comment in particular, but i think the comment is typing out the melody or fanfare.
