I’m searching for easy japanese webtoon, i can read manga like よつばと! but they have so low quality scan that i cant read the kanji.
Something like いやしの描カフェへようこそ from comico, where they dont use words like “magic pinacle of the reincarnation: Atomic burst”

Not sure what a webtoon is exactly but scans are [good here](https://bilingualmanga.net/).
There are some, but I think traditional manga layouts are vastly preferred (I’m not a fan of manhwa/webtoon layouts unless the art is exceptional), the format is mainly popular for China and South Korea.

This is it, but I don’t know of any other. Again not a fan of vertical layout but I understand it’s good for phone and tablet layouts.
