Will my certifications be valid in japan?

hello! later this year i am getting my EKG & Phlebotomy certification. i’m not going to a college, it’s an adult education program at a vocational school. i will be a CPT & be taking my CET, along with an internship.
i was wondering if i would be able to get an EKG and / or phlebotomy job in japan with just these certifications?
sorry if this isn’t the correct sub for this, i’ve tried googling and i can’t find much about EKG/Phlebotomy in japan. mostly wondering if anyone has any similar experiences.
i plan to work in the US for a few years before moving, so i will have a large amount of experience. though didn’t know if i should get other schooling in the meantime if this wasn’t enough. thank you so much!

  2. two issues: do you speak Japanese, and do you have a degree to get a visa.
