Hey all. I’ve just been given a potential offer for a company called ELT Source out in Aichi, but outside of their personal website, I can’t seem to find any information about them. Not sure if this is one of those sketchy companies that is worth avoiding, or if they are legit. Anyone have any clues on this group?

Can’t find anything that would indicate a shady dispatch company. It seems like a typical smaller ALT dispatch, although the schools they contract seem to have high deviation marks.
No sampling of the actual salary, so I’m going out on a limb and saying that’s it’s probably between 240-270k, no bonuses, enrolled in shakai hoken, but that’s probably the extent of their benefits. The holiday pay/situation seems better than others.
The reason you probably can’t find any info is that they’re very small. In Japan, the team consists of about 20 teachers. So there aren’t going to be many posting about their experience on Reddit.
Heard about this company and what I heard was that it’s a black company like all those ALT dispatch companies.
They probably won’t pay pension and health fully, no bonus for sure and the only good part is that they don’t cut your pay during holidays.
