  1. I think the imperial palace in Tokyo is closed on Mondays

Edit: also a LOT of museums are closed on Mondays so double check that Art museum too.

Edit2: Yes, the National Art Gallery is closed Mondays, too.

  2. 8… Nara in not in Kyoto, hope you know that.

Instead of Hiroshima castle, I would consider stopping by Himeji and see the castle there in the morning, like aim to be there when it open, lunch in Himeji or in the train then Hiroshima peace museum/park.

  3. Pokemon cafe reservations open 31 days in advance, and gets booked within 2 minutes of opening at 6pm japan time

  4. > Pokemon Cafe (No reservation yet…this is just a place holder)

Pokemon Cafe is bad and not worth the time or money imo. The food is absolutely disgusting. Never mind being way too expensive. The place is packed solid. The only cute thing is Pikachu doing the little dance for 2 minutes. I think there may be some exclusive items, but unless you’re some fiend for that stuff, don’t bother. You can still swing by the store or w/e, but I think the Pokemon Cafe is absolute garbage and should be shut down (or revamped entirely from top to bottom).

  5. Honestly, Shibuya Scramble may the the most overrated thing to see in Tokyo. You might enjoy a cruise down the Sumida instead
