This is a really random question, I know, but I’m having a friend come over who only speaks Thai (and a tiny bit of English, but not enough to sing).
Are Thai songs featured in any of the karaoke bars? Is there a Thai language option?
Any info on this would be useful.

I’ve heard Pasela has Brazilian songs so they might have songs in various languages. I’ve seen various places have Thai songs but it’s very sparse. You might want to cal ahead of time to confirm. You could try to research if any Thai restaurants offer karaoke. That or the staff might be able to give you recommendations. Surely something in Shin Okubo with the amount of Thai places there might offer a few options.
Joysound has an online database, https://www.joysound.com/web/. I don’t know many Thai artists, the only one I could find was Neko Jump (they were somewhat popular in Japan a decade ago). I doubt it shows the lyrics in Thai though, it will probably be some katakana abomination.
Yep most places have a basic selection of Thai songs
