3. It’s *extra* expensive because they didn’t even convert the price from Yen to USD. It’s 231,000¥ on the [Japanese store](https://www.16d.shop/view/item/000000000839), so should only be ~$1700 (base price; I do get that they add import costs/etc but that should be like, $100-200 at most).

4. Am I wrong in saying that you can get replica belts from independent makers that are much higher quality for much cheaper?
