I bought a Ninja Foodi OL601 Foodi XL 8 Qt. Pressure Cooker off of Amazon last year, but it fell off the counter. Now the air fryer doesn’t work. There’s no warranty on the thing. I contacted the company but they were of no help. Does anyone know if there is a repair service for these kinds of pressure cookers in Japan?

I know a replacement bowl for my rice cooker was 70% the cost of a brand new rice cooker.
There are appliance repair shops that you can find online. I used the term ” 家電製品の修理 “.
I couldn’t find examples of pressure cooker as I did with say microwaves:
* https://www.kaden-shuuri.com/service/micro-oven.html
or, rice cookers:

This place does work on pressure cookers but I am not sure if they’d service yours:

It sounds like if there’s an issue with the pressure cooker – they’re more likely to replace than fix it… I’m guessing because of the potential danger of things blowing apart.
In your case, it sounds like the controls for the air fryer, or maybe the heating element , or possibly a sensor for the circulation fan or the fan itself got knocked out of whack.
For what it’s worth, Costco sells a small 6.7 liter Air Fryer for around $65 called the GOURMIA Digital Air Fryer GAF798. If your pressure cooker is still working, maybe just buy a replacement air fryer?
Write it off, Foodi marketing intern department!
