I’ve been using the app I built ([Echo Prof](https://www.echoprof.com) \- which is free) with this vocab because it uses speech recognition, but you can *crack open* Anki as well – it’s a great alternative.
Why Gudetama?
* Episodes are short (\~10min an episode, so less studying to “get” each one)
* They’re easy to access if you have Netflix
* They have audio AND subs in Japanese (so you can follow along more easily in pure Japanese)
* The content is also mostly pretty simple
* It’s visually very well-done
